Pssst... I dressed her during Australian Fashion Week.

And now she is everywhere in Oz.

Oh my goodness Oh my goodness!!
I went to Vodaphone today to recharge my prepaid plans and got to talking to the lady about month-to-month plans. Low and behold there is a plan that suits me - it's main selling feature is that there is no required time (one year, two years) and it has unlimited texting!! Yay, that was enough for me. So I signed up, and on my way out the door - she mentioned to me that the unlimited texting INCLUDES texting to the United States... FOR FREE... UNLIMITED!

I am so excited.

American lovies, send me your numbers.... I've missed you!!!

C and I are obsessed with T2.
We have one close by the new apartment, and recently did a shopping spree for the new place. We purchased Evening tea, Melbourne Breakfast, Marrakech, and Gorgeous Geisha.
We also got this amazing teapot that can go straight on to the stove to act as a kettle. The stand holds a little tea light candle to keep the tea warm.

You can shop T2 HERE.

These little guys come and visit our balcony every day.
And yes my lovies in America, these are the common birds (like our pigeons).
Another reason why I love Australia!

A few days into the new apartment and C came home with these flowers.

Beautiful.

I love this outfit - Found on Lauren Conrad.

Tonight, C and I saw Toy Story 3 in 3D at the Cronulla movie theater.
Now, I know I am not a movie critic, but I do feel it necessary to review this one. In a word, this movie was incredible - amazing - classic - fantastic. It did not in any way insult the originals or let myself or C down. It felt as though not a day has passed since the first of the series premeired.
I was the girl who went to Burger King to get ever Toy Story Happy Meal toy offered, had replicas of Buzz, Woody, RC and the whole gang... Just ask my mom. Daily play sessions, re-inacting the movie, would take place in the living room. So due to high expectations, I was nervous. Yet, everything - from the old characters, new characters, plot, music, visuals - was right on key. It even, I have to admit, made me tear up a few times. This is the perfect film for all ages and cannot be missed. Instant classic - C and I have already agreed to buy the trilogy on dvd when released. Cheers and let me know what you all think when you see it yourselves! x o

Oh my goodness. I want them so badly I can taste them!
The Sam Edelman 'Kat' Oxford off of Nordstrom.com.
I am dying for the leopard... even if they don't come in an 11 - I'll make them work.

Also in love with the Sam Edelman 'Joss' Oxford from Nordstrom.com.
Again, I'll make a size 10 work.

Now how nifty are these UGG Australia (coincidence) 'Lynnea' Ankle Boots also from Nordstrom.com
They play into the current clog trend, without having a short life span because they have staying power with the versatility of choosing between short, sheepskin booties, or mid-calf boots - it's a fit for every chilly day in Oz.
hint hint

Holy do-able Jeffrey Campbell knockoffs.

For the past few months I have been drooling over those Jeffrey Campbell and Sam Edelman clunky-wedge booties that have been everywhere - But due to them being like a mean high school clique - they don't make varying heel hights (hard for a 6ft girl) or size 11 (damn being 6ft).
I was sad... until I found these.
The first are the Jump 'Winsor' Booties in black patent leather on Nordstrom.com.
The second are the Ash 'Subtil' Sandal in black on Nordstrom.com.
Their fabulousity is anything but subtil.
Both with heel heights of 3" they are my dream shoes.
I am literally drooling.

Now, note to my readers and loving family and friends - which I am sure I will mention 10 more times before the day - my birthday is next week. Australian post can be very speedy if you would by chance want to mail ANY of these (especially the leopard 'Kat' Oxfords, Jump 'Winsor' Booties, & Ash 'Subtil' Sandal) to me! Thank you!!
xo

The house is ready, and there is nothing left to do before the movers come with the furniture tomorrow...

So what am I doing?

Brewing a pot of tea, listening to the rain fall and playing these albums :

Lady Of The Sunshine, Smoking Gun

Angus and Julia Stone, Down The Way

Yet another reason to love Style.com :

Your source to tweets, links, photos and more from all your favorite fashionables.
Amazing!

Check it out HERE.

For anyone who will be in Melbourne this weekend, please check out the Lah De Da Bazaar Grand Opening this Sunday, June 6th, and tell me all about it.

Held at Biero Bar on the first Sunday of each month, the bazaar will be a fusion of vintage sellers and emerging designer fashion labels.

Sounds fabulous. Sad I'll miss the kick-off.

** Due to being technologically impaired, I am at a loss of how to get my Rosemount Australian Fashion Week behind-the-scene photos off of this Australian cell phone. Stay tuned for the day I figure it out... And until then, I am so sorry for the wait. xx D **
